6/30/09 - Hunter had a great birthday today. He went swimming with Mrs A at Birchwood and then his Dad picked him up early to go to the batting cage. Both sets of grandparents and his aunt Angie, aunt Kelly, uncle Andy and their kids Joey and Will came to meet us all for dinner. He chose K&W. Mom and Dad surprised him and brought Donnie. At dinner we learned that Donnie lost a tooth this week but Joey lost his first 2 teeth at the same time earlier in the day. Poor Hunter turned 7 and hasn't had the first loose tooth. After Dinner Thomas, Hunter, Donnie and my Dad went back to the batting cage where Bo met them and they all took a turn swinging the bat. It sounds like they all had a good time. I took mom home so we could stay out of the heat. I know that Daddy was tired when he got home but he looked better to me today than he has in a few weeks. When I got home Hunter was already in bed but I let him come down and snuggle with me in my bed for about an hour past his bed time. He fell asleep and Thomas had to lift him up into his top bunk. - I asked him if he had a good birthday and he said he had a great one.
